Custom AI sales agents, built and run for you

Nobody answers your WhatsApp at 11pm. We do.

We build you an AI salesperson for WhatsApp, on your prices and your policies, and then we run it. It doesn’t only reply. It checks what you have, books the appointment, takes the payment, and knows when to fetch you. Someone on our side reads the conversations every week and corrects whatever it got wrong.

Hi! Do you have anything after work this week? 9:39 PM
We do — Tuesday 6:30pm or Wednesday 8:00pm with Dr. Sara. What were you thinking of having done? 9:39 PM
A facial. How much is it with you? 9:40 PM
$120 for the full 60 minutes with Dr. Sara ✨ 9:40 PM
Hmm. I paid 95 at my last place. 9:42 PM
I hear you — $120 is the full 60-minute session with Dr. Sara and I can’t go under it. If you’d rather start smaller, a skin consultation is $60 and comes off the treatment if you book the same day. 9:42 PM
No, that’s fair. Wednesday 8 works. 9:43 PM
Lovely. One thing to flag first — we hold appointments with a $25 deposit, and it comes off your treatment on the day. 9:43 PM
I’d rather not pay before I’ve been. What if I have to cancel? 9:45 PM
Completely fair. Cancel or move it with 24 hours’ notice and you get the deposit back in full — it’s only there to hold the slot. 9:45 PM
Ok, that works. 9:47 PM
Shall I book you in for Wednesday 8:00pm with Dr. Sara and send the deposit link? 9:47 PM
Yes please 9:48 PM
Hold your appointment — Meridian Clinic
$25, deducted from your treatment. Fully refundable up to 24 hours before.

Held its price, answered the worry, and asked before it booked. 1.4s reply

Built on your prices, not a template Books the work and takes the payment A named operator you can message directly

Three ways it leaks.

01

The 11pm enquiry

It lands after you close and sits there until morning. By then she has booked with whoever replied at 11:04.

02

The four questions

Price, availability, delivery, are you open at the weekend. You answer the same four every day, usually while doing something else.

03

The ad spend that leaks

You paid for the click that opened the chat. Nobody was there to catch it, so you paid for a conversation that never happened. It still shows up in your ad account as a result.

What it does

Most of the first fortnight is us reading your inbox.

We go through how you already answer people, then teach it to do the same. Every price and policy it knows came from you, so the worst it can do is repeat something you’ve already said.

  • Answers in whichever language they opened with

It notices which language a customer is using and follows when they switch mid-conversation.

  • Books the work

Straight into your calendar, with a payment or deposit link that holds the slot.

  • Works from your price list and nothing else

It can’t invent a number, because it hasn’t been given any others. When it doesn’t know, it says it’ll check.

  • Chases the ones who went quiet

Follows up on leads that went cold, and reminds the people who booked.

  • Asks before it does anything

It won’t book a slot or send a payment link until the customer has said yes to it.

  • Stops when it should

A complaint or a negotiation, and it hands you the whole thread rather than guessing.

What it can do

Answering is the easy half.

The free agents write well enough. What they can’t do is reach anything outside the chat window, so they can’t look anything up, take money, or put a date in a calendar. Most of what we build is that other half, where the agent stops writing and does something.

Takes the payment

Stripe. It proposes the amount, waits for a yes, sends the link, then confirms the money arrived and says what happens next.

Books the slot

Calendly or Cal.com. It offers times it can actually see, holds the one they pick, and reminds them the day before.

Checks before it promises

Reads your prices and stock from a Google Sheet, so it can’t sell something you ran out of on Tuesday.

Knows when to stop

A complaint, a refund, anything legal or medical, and the whole thread comes to you by SMS or email rather than sitting in a queue.

And whatever else you already run

Your booking system, your POS, your inventory, your CRM. If it can talk to other software, we wire it in during the first fortnight. If it can’t, we’ll tell you that instead of promising it.

What we’re wiring it into.

Nothing here is live yet. This is what we’re building it to work with, and yours gets wired up during the build. If you already use something that isn’t here, tell us and it goes on the list.

On the roadmap

  • WhatsApp Business
  • Stripe
  • Calendly
  • Google Sheets
  • Instagram
  • Cal.com
  • Shopify
  • HubSpot
  • Zoho
  • Your POS
  • Your inventory
  • Your booking system

Strung together, those become a workflow.

  1. 01

    Qualify, then hand over

It asks the questions you’d ask before you’d bother getting involved, then passes you the whole conversation rather than a name and a number.

  2. 02

    Quote, confirm, collect

It proposes, waits for the yes, then charges. It never reports something as done that the customer didn’t agree to.

  3. 03

Chase the ones who went quiet

One follow-up, two days later, on the leads that stalled halfway. Once, in your voice. Not a sequence.

  4. 04

    Head off the no-show

A reminder the day before with a way to move the slot, which is cheaper than losing it.

  5. 05

Tell you what it couldn’t answer

At the end of the month: what it booked, what it sold, and every question it had to pass to you. That last list is usually the useful one.

Who runs it

You get a person, and their phone number.

An agent nobody reads will drift. Yours has an operator who goes through the week’s conversations and fixes what was wrong before it turns into a habit.

When something looks off at 9pm, you message them directly.

How it goes.

  1. Week one

    We read your inbox

We go through your price list and a few hundred of your old messages, work out how you actually answer people, then train it and connect your calendar.

  2. Week two

It goes live on your number

Same number your customers already have. You keep the app on your phone and can take over any conversation without telling us.

  3. Every week after

    Someone reads it

Your operator reads what it said that week and fixes the answers that were wrong. When your prices move, they move in the agent the same day.

It connects to WhatsApp Business and Instagram, your booking system, and your payment provider, plus whatever you already keep your prices in. If it can talk to other software, we’ll wire it in. If it can’t, we’ll say so.

What you’re actually choosing between.

Four ways to stop losing the 11pm enquiry, and three of them might be the right one for you. Here is the honest version of each.

Free, already inside the app, and genuinely good at the basics. Over a million businesses switched it on in the first few weeks. Try it before you talk to us.

What it costsFree to start. Paid tiers announced, not yet priced. From $4,100 to build, then $750 a month.

If you already answer every message inside ten minutes, you don’t need us.

Most people don’t, and most people don’t know it, because nobody writes back to tell you they went somewhere else.

Don’t hire us if

  • You’ll set up Meta’s free agent yourself

Meta Business Agent went live on WhatsApp and Messenger in June and costs nothing to turn on. Do that first. If it gets you far enough, you’ve saved yourself our invoice.

  • You have someone technical

If there’s a person on your side who can buy the software and build the flows, buy the software. You’d be paying us for a job you can already do in-house.

  • You get ten messages a week

Answer them yourself. A build and a monthly fee only make sense against enquiries you’re losing in volume.

Worth a call if

  • The free one doesn’t sound like you

It writes from your page, your catalogue and your old chats. It doesn’t know the policy you decided on last month, and it holds a price like software rather than like you.

  • It can’t do the thing you need

The free one can only talk. It can’t look at your stock before it promises something, take a deposit, or put the booking in the system you actually use.

  • Nobody on your side wants to own it

You don’t want a dashboard and a weekly admin job. You want it handled, and one person to message when it isn’t.

What it costs.

Three ways to buy it, and the middle one is what most people need. What moves the price is how many conversations a month and how much you want it to do.

We build it before you pay for it. You get a working agent on your real services first. If it doesn’t obviously earn its keep, you don’t pay.

The things everyone asks.

Why not just use Meta’s free agent? +

Try it first, genuinely. Meta Business Agent is free, it’s already in the app, and for plenty of businesses it’s enough. Where it stops is actions and upkeep. The free one can only talk. It can’t look at your stock before it promises something, take a deposit, or write the booking into the system you use. And nobody reads back what it said last week. That’s the half we do.

Who actually runs this? +

A named operator on our side, assigned to your account. They read the week’s conversations and correct the agent where it got something wrong. Stark Automations is a brand of TSV Studios Inc., a company registered in Canada, Your operator is one named person there, not whoever happens to pick up the message that day. You’ll have their number, so when something looks off at 9pm you’re messaging a person rather than a support form.

What if it says something wrong to my customer? +

It only answers from what you’ve given it, so it can’t invent a price or a policy. When it isn’t sure it says so and passes the conversation to you. Anything it does get wrong, your operator catches that week. You can read every conversation it has ever had.

Will it book things without asking me? +

Not without asking the customer first. It proposes the slot, waits for a yes, and only then puts it in the calendar or sends a payment link. You can watch it happen in the demo above.

Which languages does it handle? +

Whichever ones you sell in. We train it on your own messages, so it picks up the mix your customers actually write in rather than a textbook version, and it follows when someone switches mid-conversation.

Can I take over a conversation? +

Any time, mid-chat, without telling us first. It’s your WhatsApp number and your inbox. We just answer on it until you step in.

Will it sound like my brand? +

That’s most of what the first fortnight is spent on. We train it on your own messages, so it reads the way your best salesperson does rather than the way software does.

How fast can we go live? +

About two weeks from the first call to a live agent handling real customer chats.

Who owns the data? +

You do. It’s your number, your customers and your conversations. We run the agent on top of it, and you can export everything or end it whenever you like.
