The same idea as the WhatsApp agent, on a phone line. It picks up on the first ring, answers from your prices and your diary, and puts the caller through to a person when it should. It rings out as well, speaking on your behalf, when a customer needs calling back.
In build. Not running for any client yet.
The ones that come while you are with a customer, and the ones that come after you close. Nobody hears a ringtone for forty seconds and then calls the next place on the list.
It rings the customer as well as answering them: the quote nobody replied to, the appointment to rebook, the reminder the day before. It says which business it is calling from and that it is an agent, at the top of the call.
The one the WhatsApp agent already writes to, so a call and a chat cannot take the same slot twice.
A complaint, a price it was never given, anything medical or legal, and it puts the caller through or takes a message rather than guessing on a live line.
Every call transcribed into the same inbox as the chats, so your operator reads the phone the same way they read WhatsApp.
