You already have the clients. The build is the easy part. What kills a project like this is the months after: the upkeep, the fixes, the changes nobody has time for. That’s the part we do. Put your name on it.
Specifically, item by item. No vague promises.
The second column is deliberate, and it survives the sales conversation better than the alternative. Nothing that bills by usage runs through us or through you, so there is no messaging markup buried in your invoice, and no unwinding to do if the client moves on. It is also the part of the arrangement your client can verify themselves, which is what makes the rest of it credible.
Four things. Three of four, and it’s worth a call.
We don’t teach lead gen. You bring the clients running on WhatsApp; we provide the infrastructure you bill them for.
One-off build fees pay the bills, but retainers build value. We handle the ongoing operations so you can keep charging monthly.
We prioritize agencies ready to roll out their first account in 14 days, not ones sitting on a static licence.
No drag-and-drop builders. Every agent is engineered to handle real pricing and strict policies without breaking.
Predictable wholesale rates, so you keep the margin.
Let’s talk.
A minimum setup fee to build, then a monthly after it.
We bill you a flat wholesale rate. What you charge your client is yours. We don’t take a cut, set a ceiling, or ask what it is.
No agreement first. We prove it on one real account.
Which ones need this. If it’s not a fit, we’ll say so on the call.
A real client of yours, on your brand. No pilot fee, no minimum.
That’s the real test. Not the demo, but the day it gets something wrong.
Pricing, payment, the non-solicit. Based on a real account, not a guess.
Your client’s. They own the WhatsApp Business Account and Meta bills them directly for conversations, the same as a client who comes to us direct. We connect to it as a technology provider rather than reselling messaging to you, which means there is no per-message markup sitting between Meta and your invoice. Your brand is on everything the client looks at; the account underneath stays theirs, and that is deliberate.
Not from us. If your team does the weekly reading, we have no contact with your client at all — you are the only one who ever talks to us. If we do it, our operator works under your brand and signs off as you. Either way there is no badge in the inbox, we are not named in the agent’s replies, and we will not use your client’s name or logo anywhere, including here.
Yes, and most of the point is that you should. There is no recommended retail price, no cap, no floor, and nothing in the agreement about it. We do not ask what you charge and we have no way of knowing. What we bill you is what the thing costs you, not what it is worth to your client — you are putting your relationship, your account management and your name on it, and none of that is free.
They would have to know we exist first, and they will not — that is the arrangement. Our name is not in the inbox, the agent’s replies, the invoice or the reporting. The more realistic version is a client who searches the category generally and finds a spread of prices from everyone in it, which is true of every service an agency resells. If they ask what the underlying software costs, the honest answer is the one you would give about your hosting or your design tools: you are buying an outcome and somebody accountable for it, not a line item.
We tell you before you promise it, not after. That is the whole value of the arrangement: you get an engineering answer from someone who has built the thing, early enough to shape the proposal. We would rather lose a line item than have you sell something we then have to fudge.
No. If your team does the weekly reading, you need one person who can go through a week of transcripts and write down what the agent got wrong — a considered, literate hour or two, not an engineer. If you would rather not staff even that, we do it under your name and nobody on your side touches it. That is one of the things the call settles.
No. Both are in build and neither runs for a single client, ours or anyone’s. When one of them is real it will be offered here on the same terms, and until then it is not something you can sell.
Their WhatsApp account, their number and every transcript are theirs, because they were always in their name. If they ask us to keep running it we will tell them to speak to you. If you and we part ways, the same applies in reverse — we will not approach them.
The same fortnight a direct client gets: roughly three days reading what the business has already written, four wiring it into what they already run, four trying to break it, then live with someone reading it. Your part is getting us the price list and the old messages, which is usually what decides whether it is two weeks or five.
A 20-minute call. Bring two or three accounts you think would fit and we will tell you which of them we would actually take, including the ones we would not. If none of them fit, that is a useful call too and it ends early.
