The sales agent, working every moment you don’t.

We build a custom AI sales agent for your WhatsApp and run it for you. It answers the 11pm enquiry in seconds and stays until the customer buys or says no.

Hi! Do you have anything after work this week? 9:39 PM
We do — Tuesday 6:30pm or Wednesday 8:00pm with Dr. Sara. What were you thinking of having done? 9:39 PM
A facial. How much is it with you? 9:40 PM
$120 for the full 60 minutes with Dr. Sara ✨ 9:40 PM
Hmm. I paid 95 at my last place. 9:42 PM
I hear you — $120 is the full 60-minute session with Dr. Sara and I can’t go under it. If you’d rather start smaller, a skin consultation is $60 and comes off the treatment if you book the same day. 9:42 PM
No, that’s fair. Wednesday 8 works. 9:43 PM
Lovely. One thing to flag first — we hold appointments with a $25 deposit, and it comes off your treatment on the day. 9:43 PM
I’d rather not pay before I’ve been. What if I have to cancel? 9:45 PM
Completely fair. Cancel or move it with 24 hours’ notice and you get the deposit back in full — it’s only there to hold the slot. 9:45 PM
Ok, that works. 9:47 PM
Shall I book you in for Wednesday 8:00pm with Dr. Sara and send the deposit link? 9:47 PM
Yes please 9:48 PM
Hold your appointment — Meridian Clinic
$25, deducted from your treatment. Fully refundable up to 24 hours before.

Held its price, answered the worry, and asked before it booked. 1.4s reply

Where you’re losing money.

01

The 11pm enquiry

It lands after you close and sits there until morning. By then she has booked with whoever replied at 11:04.

02

The four questions

Price, availability, delivery, are you open at the weekend. You answer the same four every day, usually while doing something else.

03

The ad spend that leaks

You paid for the click that opened the chat. Nobody was there to catch it, so you paid for a conversation that never happened. It still shows up in your ad account as a result.

Work out what last month cost you.

Pick your business, drag two numbers you already know, and see what walked out the door.

200
201000
$ 275
$ 25$ 2,500

Assumes 40% of leads aren’t answered within the hour, 20% of answered leads convert, and 40% of the slow ones go elsewhere. We’ll replace these with your real numbers on the call.

You’re losing about

$ 1,760

a month.

That’s

$ 21,120 a year

  1. 200 leads land on your WhatsApp
  2. 80 aren’t answered within the hour
  3. 16 of those would have bought
  4. 6.4 go to whoever replied first

Those are our assumptions, not your data. On a 15-minute call we’ll go through your actual WhatsApp together and count the real one with you.

What you’re actually buying.

01

A sales agent built on your business

Your prices, your policies, and the way your own people already answer. Nothing in it came from a template, and it can’t quote a number you never gave it.

An inbox your whole team can answer from

Every conversation live, on any device, with more than one person able to answer and nothing stuck on a single handset. It replaces the app for that number, because a number with an agent on it runs on WhatsApp’s Business Platform. Our job is the infrastructure, not answering for you.

The inbox: every conversation live, and a way in.
The inbox you get, self-hosted on your own instance. Shown with the vendor’s sample data, not a client’s.
03

The people who run it

An operator who reads the week’s conversations and corrects what was wrong before it becomes a habit, and an AI product manager who owns what the agent does and refuses to do.

SaqueebSalman

The two people who build it and read it every week.

Meet them ↓

How we work with you.

Moving the channel your customers already use onto an agent is a real risk, so we treat it as a rollout rather than a switch. This is what happens in the first fortnight.

  1. Days 1–3

We read what you’ve already written

No stock template. We go through a few hundred of your real conversations, your current price sheet and the rules you actually work to, then map the awkward parts: the haggle, the refund, the thing you have run out of, and the custom order nobody has ever written down.

  2. Days 4–7

We wire it into what you already run

Your payment provider, your calendar, the sheet your prices live in, or the system you already run. If the agent has to check stock before it promises something, or take a deposit before it holds a slot, this is where those get built. If something can’t be reached, we tell you now rather than after you have paid.

  3. Days 8–11

We try to break it before a customer can

Before a real customer ever talks to it, we run your hardest questions at it and watch the edges: whether it holds a price under pressure, whether it says it doesn’t know instead of guessing, whether it still sounds like you eight messages in. What it gets wrong gets fixed while nobody is watching.

  4. Day 12 onward

It goes live, and someone reads it

Your number moves onto WhatsApp’s Business Platform and you get the inbox: every conversation live, on any device, and more than one person able to answer. From that day your operator reads the week’s conversations, tunes what was wrong, and tells you what it couldn’t answer.

It connects to WhatsApp Business, your booking system and your payment provider, plus whatever you already keep your prices in. If it can talk to other software, we’ll wire it in. If it can’t, we’ll say so.

Is this right for you?

If you answer every lead within 10 minutes, you don’t need an agent. (Most don’t—lost customers just leave quietly.)

Don’t hire us if

  • Meta’s free agent is enough

Turn it on first. If it solves your problem, keep your money.

  • You have a technical team

Buy off-the-shelf software and build it in-house.

  • Your volume is low

If you get 10 messages a week, just reply manually.

Worth a call if

  • You need custom rules

You want an agent that enforces exact business policies, not generic templates.

  • You need actions taken

You need to check live stock, take payments, or book slots automatically.

  • You want hands-off ownership

You don’t want a dashboard—you want a named operator running it for you.

Us, Meta’s free agent, a tool, or a hire.

Four ways to stop losing the 11pm enquiry, and three of them might be the right one for you. Here is the honest version of each.

Free, already inside the app, and genuinely good at the basics. Over a million businesses switched it on in the first few weeks. Try it before you talk to us.

WhatMeta Business AgentStark
Who builds itYou do, in the WhatsApp Business app.We do, from your price list and a few hundred of your old messages.
What it knowsYour page, your catalogue, your past chats, anything you upload. The same, plus whatever we connect it to.
What it can doAnswers, recommends, books. Can’t reach anything outside the chat.Payments, your calendar, your stock, your systems.
When it gets something wrongYou notice, or nobody does.Your operator reads the week and fixes it.
When your prices changeYou update the catalogue. We update it the same day.
What it costsFree to start. Paid tiers announced, not yet priced. From $4,800 to build, then $1,400 a month.

What kind of agents do we build and why they are different?

Most chatbots just talk. Ours actually close the deal. We build custom AI agents trained specifically on your prices and rules. Instead of sticking strictly to text replies, our agents reach beyond the chat window to pull live pricing, process payments, and lock in calendar appointments automatically.

Takes the payment

Stripe. It proposes the amount, waits for a yes, sends the link, then confirms the money arrived and says what happens next.

Books the slot

Calendly or Cal.com. It offers times it can actually see, holds the one they pick, and reminds them the day before.

Checks before it promises

Reads your prices and stock from a Google Sheet, so it can’t sell something you ran out of on Tuesday.

Knows when to stop

A complaint, a refund, anything legal or medical, and the whole thread comes to you by SMS or email rather than sitting in a queue.

And whatever else you already run

Your booking system, your POS, your inventory, your CRM. If it can talk to other software, we wire it in during the first fortnight. If it can’t, we’ll tell you that instead of promising it.

What we’re wiring it into.

Nothing here is live yet. This is what we’re building it to work with, and yours gets wired up during the build. If you already use something that isn’t here, tell us and it goes on the list.

On the roadmap

  • WhatsApp Business
  • Stripe
  • Calendly
  • Google Sheets
  • Instagram
  • Cal.com
  • Shopify
  • Airtable
  • Zapier
  • Your POS
  • Your inventory
  • Your booking system

Strung together, those become a workflow.

  1. 01

    Qualify, then hand over

It asks the questions you’d ask before you’d bother getting involved, then passes you the whole conversation rather than a name and a number.

  2. 02

    Quote, confirm, collect

It proposes, waits for the yes, then charges. It never reports something as done that the customer didn’t agree to.

  3. 03

Tell you what it couldn’t answer

At the end of the month: what it booked, what it sold, and every question it had to pass to you. That last list is usually the useful one.

What it costs.

Three ways to buy it. What moves the price is how many conversations a month and how much you want it to do.

Launch

Everything you get asked in a day, answered from your prices instead of from a guess.

To build
$4,800
Then monthly
$1,400
  • Built on your price list and a few hundred of your old messages
  • Up to 300 conversations a month
  • Answers what it is asked: prices, hours, where you are, whether you have it
  • Asks back what it needs: what, when, how many, for whom
  • Checks your prices and what is in stock before it answers
  • Says it does not know and hands you the conversation rather than inventing an answer
  • Your operator reads the week and fixes what was wrong

Accelerate

Most take this

When answering is not enough and you want the money taken and the slot booked.

To build
$8,000
Then monthly
$2,500
  • Everything in Launch, plus
  • Up to 1,000 conversations a month
  • Takes a deposit or a payment, and sends the receipt
  • Books the slot in the calendar you already use
  • Writes the result into whatever you already run
  • Price and policy changes the same day you tell us

Enterprise

A number per branch, or volume that makes a band meaningless.

To build
Let’s talk
Then monthly
Let’s talk
  • Everything in Accelerate, plus
  • A separate agent per branch or brand, in one place
  • Conversation volume priced against your actual traffic
  • Your own systems connected, however unusual they are

Account ownership & billing.

Nothing that bills by usage goes through us. Those accounts are in your name, so you see what a month actually cost and there is no margin hiding inside it.

On your account

  • Your number and the Meta account behind it. Meta bills you per conversation.
  • The AI model. You pick which one it runs on, and you pay for what it uses.
  • Zapier, Calendly, Airtable, Stripe, and whatever else it connects to.

In the monthly fee

  • Hosting, and the inbox you read every conversation in.
  • Building the agent, and every change to it afterwards.
  • The operator who reads the week and corrects what went wrong.

Questions you’re wondering about.

Why not just use Meta’s free agent?

Try it first, genuinely. Meta Business Agent is free, it’s already in the app, and for plenty of businesses it’s enough. Where it stops is actions and upkeep. The free one can only talk. It can’t look at your stock before it promises something, take a deposit, or write the booking into the system you use. And nobody reads back what it said last week. That’s the half we do.

Who actually runs this?

A named operator on our side, assigned to your account. They read the week’s conversations and correct the agent where it got something wrong. Stark Agents is a brand of TSV Studios Inc., a company registered in Canada. Your operator is one named person there, not whoever happens to pick up the message that day. You’ll have their number, so when something looks off at 9pm you’re messaging a person rather than a support form.

What if it says something wrong to my customer?

It only answers from what you’ve given it, so it can’t invent a price or a policy. When it isn’t sure it says so and passes the conversation to you. Anything it does get wrong, your operator catches that week. You can read every conversation it has ever had.

Will it book things without asking me?

Not without asking the customer first. It proposes the slot, waits for a yes, and only then puts it in the calendar or sends a payment link. You can watch it happen in the demo above.

Which languages does it handle?

Whichever ones you sell in. We train it on your own messages, so it picks up the mix your customers actually write in rather than a textbook version, and it follows when someone switches mid-conversation.

Can I take over a conversation?

Any time, mid-chat, without telling us first. It’s your WhatsApp number and your inbox. We just answer on it until you step in.

Do I lose WhatsApp on my phone?

Your personal WhatsApp is untouched. For the number the agent runs on, you answer from the inbox instead of the app: that number moves onto WhatsApp’s Business Platform, which is what lets more than one person answer at once rather than everything living on one handset. If you’d rather not move your main number yet, we can start the agent on a second number and move the main one once you’ve seen it work. Most people don’t, because the enquiries they’re losing are arriving on the number they already advertise.

Will it sound like my brand?

That’s most of what the first fortnight is spent on. We train it on your own messages, so it reads the way your best salesperson does rather than the way software does.

How fast can we go live?

About two weeks from the first call to a live agent handling real customer chats.

Who owns the data?

You do. It’s your number, your customers and your conversations. We run the agent on top of it, and you can export everything or end it whenever you like.

Let’s discuss your numbers.

A 15-minute intro call to talk through your current WhatsApp volume and how you handle enquiries today. We’ll tell you straight away if an agent makes financial sense for your business and if it doesn’t, we won’t waste your time with a pitch.
